• Prepares proposals and contracts for leads/inquiries.
• Negotiates terms and manages events from start to post-event follow-up.
• Advises on event set-ups and upselling opportunities to maximise revenue.
• Oversees banquet operations and coordinates with departments to ensure quality service.
• Maintains post-event communications and evaluates guest feedback.
