Job summary

Quest Hotel & Conference Center Cebu, part of Filinvest Hospitality, is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive with 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, events marketing, or social media marketing. You will support PR & Marcom, F&B, and Sales & Marketing in planning campaigns and guest engagement activities across F&B, banquet, and social channels.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, events marketing, social media marketing, or related field.
• Experience in F&B and events promotion is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing restaurant promotions, campaigns, and special events with the PR & Marcom Manager, F&B Manager, and DOSM.
• Coordinate with suppliers, sponsors, and external partners for events and promotions.
• Develop promotional concepts and attraction programs for seasonal events to boost attendance and engagement.
• Create guest engagement activities to raise awareness of F&B offerings and campaigns.
• Ensure timely communication and promotion of all F&B marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Assist in developing promotional calendars and annual event plans.
• Support banquet and events promo projects and campaigns with the sales teams.
• Assist in social media content plans, posting, responses, and monthly analytics.
• Contribute to brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities for guest experiences.
