Job summary

iOPEX Technologies Phil is seeking a Senior Technical Service Support Representative (SME) to support an EV charging and energy infrastructure account. You will troubleshoot complex issues across EV stations, electrical systems, software platforms, and networks, taking ownership from initial contact to resolution.

The role is onsite in BGC, Taguig with a night-shift schedule. Candidates should have 5+ years in technical support, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication to guide

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in technical support or related services.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience handling complex escalations for business customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite at BGC, Taguig, night shift.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex issues involving EV charging stations, electrical systems, software platforms, networking, and communications infrastructure.
• Quickly assess customer-reported problems and determine the appropriate resolution path.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for frontline support teams.
• Take end-to-end ownership of cases from initial contact through resolution.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Field Service teams to drive issue resolution.
• Communicate confidently with customers and provide clear expectations, updates, and next steps.
• Support service scheduling, technical triage, and field dispatch activities when necessary.
• Contribute to process improvement, knowledge management, and technical enablement initiatives.
