Job summary

XPENG, a dealership focused on automotive and EV operations, is seeking a highly knowledgeable Technical Manager to serve as the technical authority. The role requires deep expertise in vehicle systems, EV technology, diagnostics, and after-sales support.

You will investigate complex vehicle concerns, coordinate with manufacturers and technical teams, and ensure technical information is evaluated and applied consistently across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in automotive/mechanical/electrical engineering.
• At least 5 years in automotive technical roles.
• Experience with EVs and automotive electrification.
• Strong diagnostic and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical resource for automotive and EV concerns.
• Interpret manuals, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and technical teams.
• Evaluate updates, recalls, and new EV tech.
• Support development of diagnostic procedures and after-sales processes.
• Conduct technical briefings for dealership staff.
• Stay updated on EV tech and battery systems.
