XPENG in the Philippines is seeking a customer-focused EV Sales Consultant to drive sales by actively finding and engaging potential customers. You will handle prospecting, product presentations, test drives, and guide customers from inquiry to vehicle release.

Responsibilities include presenting EV features, negotiating, and building lasting customer relationships to generate repeat business while staying informed about EV tech and promotions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in automotive sales or related roles; Fresh Graduates welcome.
• Experience in customer acquisition, prospecting, or field sales preferred.
• Strong interest in electric vehicles and automotive technology.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and generate new customers through personal networks, referrals, social media, events, field activities, and other sales channels.
• Respond to inquiries and convert leads into qualified prospects and vehicle sales.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable EV models based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Present and explain EV features, specifications, driving range, battery technology, charging options, warranty, and other vehicle features.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Prepare quotations and assist customers with financing and other purchase requirements.
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales while providing an excellent customer experience.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
• Stay updated on EV models, technologies, charging infrastructure, promotions, and competitor offerings.
• Meet individual sales targets and maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
