Job summary

QuadM Manpower Inc. is seeking a capable Training Specialist to plan and deliver automotive training for dealer and PGM technicians, including EV sessions. You will manage LMS registrations, track module completion, and ensure training infrastructure readiness.

The role emphasizes coordination with HQ teams, data-driven improvement of materials, and regular reporting to trainees and management. A technical engineering background and 2–5 years in automotive training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in automotive training, service operations, or technical support.

Responsibilities

• Training planning & delivery: Develop and execute training calendar for dealer and PGM technicians; conduct new model and EV training; deliver refresher programs.
• Training quality management: Collect and analyze participant feedback; conduct post-training assessments; improve materials and methods.
• LMS & digital learning: Ensure registration on LMS; monitor engagement and module completion; run online sessions as planned.
• Training center management: Ensure tools and equipment availability; maintain training hall readiness; support audit compliance.
• Coordination & reporting: Align with HQ technical teams; submit monthly training reports; document training activities.
