Job summary

Hero MotoCorp Ltd. is seeking a Zonal Technical Service Manager - EV to lead LIVE escalated technical issues and guide dealerships through R&D feedback channels. The role requires deep EV after-sales expertise and hands-on problem solving across the territory.

You will drive productivity, quality, and safe workshop practices, coordinating with field service teams and ensuring timely resolution of critical cases with structured reporting and PDCA-based improvements.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Automotive EV with 5+ years in After-Sales/Service
• Experience in EV industry after-sales/service is a must
• Electrical and electronics knowledge in EV vehicles
• DMS and SAP experience for reports, warranty tracking
• Strong drafting and technical documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Handle LIVE escalated technical issues and channelize reports to R&D via CQA
• Provide guidance to dealers and service engineers for critical cases
• Drive productivity improvements and reduce open–close TAT
• Ensure safe workshop practices and proper diagnosis
• Support last-mile service delivery and warranty tracking
