Job summary

ABS FACADE INT. OPC in Iloilo City, Iloilo, Philippines is seeking a Senior Estimator to join our estimating team on a full-time basis. You will prepare detailed cost estimates for construction and façade projects, analyze drawings, and lead junior staff.

You will collaborate with project teams, maintain cost databases, and ensure competitive pricing while monitoring market trends. Experience in large-scale projects and proficiency with estimating software are required.

Qualifications

5-10 years of professional estimating experience in construction, façade or architectural works preferred.
2-3 years in a senior or lead estimating role preferred.
Proven track record of accurate estimates for large-scale projects.
Experience with estimating software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for construction and façade projects of varying complexity.
Analyse specifications, blueprints, and drawings to determine material and labour requirements.
Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis to establish pricing.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to clarify scope.
Develop and maintain estimating databases and pricing benchmarks.
Review estimates for completeness and accuracy; ensure compliance with standards.
Mentor and supervise junior estimating staff; provide QA.
Monitor market trends and supplier costs to keep estimates current.
Prepare bid proposals and supporting documentation for clients.
