Job summary

Outsourced.ph in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Windows & Doors Estimator/Production Detailer to join our client’s team on a permanent homebased basis. You will interpret complex drawings, prepare detailed bills of quantities and quotations for high-end residential and commercial windows, doors and facades.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in architectural/drafting roles, strong Estimating and BOM skills, and familiarity with LogiKal or similar window software.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in residential or commercial architectural/drafting roles, or with CAD/BIM.
• Proficiency in industry-standard estimating and BOM creation.
• Strong understanding of building practices and window/door systems.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, window schedules, and engineering specs.
• Prepare detailed quotations and cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and installation.
• Finalize fabrication-ready documentation based on construction plans and measurements.
• Coordinate with builders, architects and project managers to clarify scopes.
• Ensure estimates comply with applicable standards and codes (AS 1288 / AS 2047).
