Qualifications

• Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience, including at least 3 years supervising works of similar complexity.
• Experience focused on Roof & Façade systems, Architectural systems or Interior Architecture fit-out works preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect works as directed by CAG, QP(S), project consultants, and FUI owners to ensure compliance and quality
• Apply strong leadership and organizational skills to coordinate site activities and foster effective team collaboration
• Interpret and enforce statutory codes and requirements for site supervision, quality control, construction administration, and progress reporting
• Utilize technical knowledge and quick decision-making to manage and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Analyze site conditions and communicate findings clearly through strong verbal and written communication
