Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting Infor CloudSuite and Lawson S3 in live production environments.
• Strong hands‑on technical experience supporting Infor CloudSuite and Lawson S3 Payroll.
• Ability to analyze applications, job, and integration logs to determine and resolve root causes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for Infor CloudSuite and Lawson S3 Payroll.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical application support.
• Lead incident management and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and support integrations and interfaces.
• Support Infor CloudSuite release management.
