Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting Infor CloudSuite and Lawson S3 (v10) in production.
• Strong hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite and Lawson S3 Payroll.
• Ability to analyze job and integration logs for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for Infor CloudSuite and Lawson S3 Payroll.
• Provide day-to-day technical application support.
• Manage incident resolution and communications.
