Job summary

Infor, based in Manila, seeks a Consultant to implement Functional Process Applications across client projects. You will work with clients to deploy software and industry-standard processes to achieve project goals, applying technology to meet objectives and ensuring successful delivery of implementation projects.

You will participate in full lifecycle client-facing projects, lead requirements gathering, configure solutions, develop test plans, and provide end-user training and best practice

Qualifications

• Experience working on ERP implementations or IT projects.
• Experience interacting with clients, gathering requirements, and providing guidance throughout the implementation process.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, and system configurations.
• Experience in business processes related to the consultant's area of expertise (e.g., finance, HR, supply chain).
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing challenges, and proposing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering business benefits to clients.
• Participate in full lifecycle client-facing implementation projects related to Infor applications.
• Lead information gathering and design processes, including developing functional business requirements and solution scope documents.
• Configure client business solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans for software configurations.
• Provide training to key and end users.
• Provide implementation consultancy and application best practice advice.
