Job summary

Amtech is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our services team and drive successful ERP implementations for packaging and manufacturing customers. You will gather requirements, configure solutions, document results, and train end users to ensure value realization.

Candidates should have 5+ years of ERP delivery experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across customer engagements. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering professional services and/or supporting ERP software solutions.
• Experience in printing or packaging industry is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for customer-facing work.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute customer implementation activities including requirements gathering, solution configuration, documentation, testing, and end-user training.
• Partner with customers to analyze business requirements and contribute to solution design within Amtech’s core products.
• Deliver ERP knowledge transfer to customers using Amtech’s consulting methodology.
• Develop and maintain standardized training materials and implementation documentation.
• Assist with customer-facing presentations, proposals, and presales activities as needed.
• Identify delivery risks and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and meet milestones.
• Support sales cycle, practice aid development, and continuous improvement of delivery processes.
• Provide mentoring within the Implementation Services team to uphold delivery standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to support customer implementations and onsite projects.
