Job summary

A7 Recruitment Corporation is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives including ERP and CRM implementations across global teams. You will develop plans, manage budgets and risks, and report to executives, coordinating stakeholders and vendors to drive governance and value realization.

The role requires strong PMP/PRINCE2/Agile experience, proficiency with MS Project/Azure DevOps, and excellent English communication in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience delivering enterprise-scale technology projects.
• Proven experience managing ERP, CRM, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, QAD, or similar enterprise system implementations.
• Strong understanding of PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience in global, multi-site organizations with cross-regional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Planner, Azure DevOps, or similar PM tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of enterprise technology projects, including SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, ERP, CRM, and business transformation initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risk logs, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams across multiple regions.
• Engage senior stakeholders and executive sponsors to align project objectives with business priorities.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and provide executive-level status reporting.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
• Support vendor management, resource planning, procurement activities, and statement-of-work reviews.
• Contribute to PMO governance, project methodologies, continuous improvement initiatives, and portfolio planning.
