Job summary

Permhunt is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to take ownership of technical delivery across client implementations in the Philippines. The role covers discovery, solution setup, go-live, and handover to Support, with a focus on complex ERP integrations and workflows.

The position requires 6+ years of experience in technical implementation or consulting, strong SDLC knowledge, and extensive experience with ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical implementation or consulting.
• Strong SDLC understanding and experience with ERP integrations.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS-to-ERP integrations such as SAP, NetSuite, Sage, Epicor, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience gathering requirements, data migration, testing and go-live support.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to mentor junior consultants and lead multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery of client implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Install, configure, integrate, test, and troubleshoot across environments.
• Manage multi-project timelines, SLA adherence, and risk mitigation.
• Act as senior technical point of contact for complex implementations.
• Define and improve UAT approaches and data validation.
• Support go-live, hypercare, and transition to Support.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to associates and junior consultants.
• Collaborate with solution managers on design, scoping, and feasibility.
• Communicate status, dependencies, and issues to clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to internal standards, documentation, and reusable solutions.
