Job summary

HashMicro seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, collaborating with cross-functional and international teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to scope. You will manage planning, resources, and stakeholder communications while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong project management and leadership skills, proficiency in at least one programming language and database management, and excellent communication with overseas

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ERP systems as a Project Manager.
• Proficient in at least one programming language and database management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate in English with overseas team.

Responsibilities

• Manage ERP projects on time, budget, and scope with high customer satisfaction.
• Develop project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed.
• Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports.
• Build and mentor team members to improve their capability.
• Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities.
• Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
