Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on ERPNext experience in a support or functional role.
• Familiarity with ERPNext modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HRIS, Payroll, Projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead in ERPNext implementation, configuration and ongoing support for agreed modules.
• Gather requirements and map them to ERP workflows.
• Document functional specs, training materials, SOPs and user guides.
• Participate in UAT, data migration, and bug tracking activities.
• Assist users during go-live and post-implementation.
• Perform basic configuration and data entry in ERPNext; provide feedback for improvements.
• Stay updated on ERP best practices, features, and upgrades.
