Job summary

Job Vacancy Phil in Taguig is seeking a Senior Project Manager for ERP implementation projects across SAP, Oracle NetSuite, and Dynamics. This on-site role leads delivery, governs PMO standards, and mentors project managers to strengthen organizational capabilities.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in project management with ERP experience, PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification, and strong leadership and stakeholder skills. On-site position in Taguig with growth potential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of project management experience, including ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification required.
Strong knowledge of ERP processes and project management methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation through post-go-live support.
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify and mitigate project risks, manage issues, and oversee change control.
Drive PMO standards, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide project and portfolio updates to senior leadership.
Coach and mentor junior project managers while promoting project management best practices.
