Job summary

MBI Philippines is seeking an ERP Consultant to lead business analysis and blueprinting for ERP deployments. You will map current processes, design functional specifications, and oversee configuration to align with client goals. The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders and delivering practical, compliant solutions.

The position requires ERP experience, strong communication, and leadership to mentor teammates through SAP and NetSuite projects. Onsite work in Metro Manila is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and governance of ERP initiatives.
• Open to fresh graduates with strong academics and to professionals with up to 5 years in accounting, business processes, or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of ERP solutions (SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA or similar) and solid MS Office skills are required.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, or Finance industries is an advantage.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and mentor others.
