Job summary

Job Vacancy Phil in Taguig is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementations across SAP, Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics. You will drive PMO governance, mentor project managers, and ensure delivery excellence across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of project management experience with ERP implementations and holds PMP/PRINCE2 certs, plus strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of ERP processes and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira or similar tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation through post-go-live support.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, manage issues, and oversee change control.
• Drive PMO standards, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide project and portfolio updates to senior leadership.
• Coach and mentor junior project managers while promoting project management best practices.
