Job summary

Tendo is seeking an elite enterprise sales executive to personally originate and close its largest partnerships. You will own a portfolio of high-value opportunities and build new verticals and ecosystems that drive long-term growth.

You will work directly with the CEO and executive leadership to pursue strategic accounts, shape complex partnerships, and position Tendo as the preferred financial wellness partner across industries.

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of enterprise B2B sales with a proven close track record.
Experience selling to multiple executive stakeholders in enterprise organizations.
Experience creating new markets, industries or business lines from inception.

Responsibilities

Originate, develop and close the company's largest enterprise partnerships.
Build sustainable pipelines with strategic accounts and anchor clients.
Lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from outreach to launch.
Exceed enterprise acquisition targets.
Develop new industry verticals and distribution channels.
Own executive relationships with CEOs, CHROs, CFOs, COOs and other senior leaders.
