Job summary

Promptly in Spain is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead nationwide Health Data initiatives and drive patient-centered outcomes through data-driven projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR/ISO27001) while delivering value to healthcare partners across Europe.

This is a remote-first, full-time role based in Spain with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication skills.
• 3–5 years delivering complex technology projects, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of health information systems and data analytics.
• PM certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of nationwide Health Data projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, partners, authorities and vendors.
• Define scope, timelines, deliverables and risk management strategies.
• Ensure GDPR/ISO27001 compliance and clear stakeholder reporting.
