You will manage accounts, identify upsell opportunities with the sales team, analyze client feedback, and coordinate with legal and finance on contracts, SLAs, and renewals, contributing to long-term business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in sales in Technical/Enterprise/B2B.
• Proven account management experience.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions.
• Industry background: Telco/ICT/IT/FMCG/retail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Any Field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships to build trust and satisfaction.
• Retain existing clients by addressing concerns and resolving issues.
• Serve as main point of contact and provide updates on offerings and trends.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with the sales team.
• Handle and resolve client complaints promptly and escalate when needed.
• Monitor client metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with legal and finance on contracts and SLAs.
• Collect client feedback through surveys and interviews.
• Stay updated on industry trends and suggest process improvements.
