Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking a Product Support Tier-3 engineer to provide advanced application and integration support across 40-50+ global apps. Role requires strong experience with IIS, Azure, SQL/PLSQL, Unix/Linux, and ITIL, with 24x7 rotational coverage.

You will work with Development, Infrastructure, and Service Owners to ensure system stability, perform deep debugging, and drive rapid resolutions for high-impact incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 8–14 years of relevant experience in similar field.
• Willing to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including nights.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 application and integration support for high-priority incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to corrective actions.
• Escalate to Tier 2 with clear ownership and timely mitigation.
• Monitor queues, manage triage, and ensure SLAs are met.
• Coordinate across engineering, DBA, and cloud teams for fixes.
