Job summary
iSupport Worldwide is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst II to independently support and improve critical applications. You will own complex issues, lead projects, design solutions, and mentor Level I analysts while collaborating with business units, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Own complex application issues through resolution with clear ownership.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to diagnose problems and restore service.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes.
- Manage advanced configuration, access, and production changes with security and testing considerations.
- Lead small/medium application projects from requirements to post-implementation support.
- Mentor Level I analysts and promote best practices.
