Job summary

Ubiquity in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to lead complex ER matters and support HR leaders across the business.

You will advise managers, investigate complaints, ensure policy compliance with labor laws, design training for leaders, analyze HR data to spot trends, and help shape a positive, performance‑driven culture. A bachelor’s degree in HR/IR and 3–5 years of ER experience are required, with a collaborative, hands‑on team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in employee relations within a large organisation.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with collective bargaining agreements and conflict resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
• Investigate and resolve employee complaints, ensuring fair outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
• Develop and deliver training programs for managers on employee relations.
• Participate in HR initiatives to promote engagement and a healthy culture.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and improvement opportunities in employee relations.
• Advise senior leadership on strategic workforce planning and people management.
