Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in employee relations in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and collective bargaining agreements.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist managers in handling complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
• Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and impartial outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate managers on best practices in employee relations.
• Participate in the design and implementation of HR initiatives that promote positive employee engagement and a healthy organisational culture.
• Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in employee relations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategic workforce planning and people management decisions.
