Job summary

Asurion Philippines Cebu CS seeks a Sr. Analyst, Employee Relations to partner with HR and business leaders in administering policies and procedures in employee relations.

You will rely on guidelines and professional experience to perform investigations, develop engagement initiatives, resolve disputes, manage labor relations and support an excellent employee experience. This role covers Cebu CS Philippines and may extend to other PH locations; you will work with HR Shared Services to align

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HRM or related discipline.
• 2+ years in HR management, employee or labor relations.
• Willing to work flexible hours (9pm–6am PH Time as most frequent shift).
• Willing to attend onsite mediation at DOLE, NLRC, SENA, etc.
• Knowledgeable in drafting Notices to Explain, Notice of Decision, etc.
• Ability to conduct legal training to stakeholders.
• Solid background in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Employment Law, and Regulatory Compliance.
• Understanding of employee and labor relations.
• Strong analytical, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated flexibility and solution-orientation.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement in relationships.
• Ability to conduct confidential investigations and present data-driven findings.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with HR Shared Services to align delivery model to organizational strategies.
• Serves as ER resource for business and HR partners, engaging legal department when necessary.
• Ensures compliance with Asurion's values and all employees' legal requirements.
• Stays up to date on changes in employment and labor laws and external labor relations climate.
• Communicates DOLE and other government directives to keep the organization compliant.
• Investigates and resolves problems from internal and external sources, including government agencies.
