Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a Specialist, Collection (EMEA) to rigorously follow up with clients for overdue payments and manage disputes. The role requires coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely resolution and adherence to corporate policies, while delivering excellent customer service.

Based in a hybrid setup with office and work-from-home days, you will contribute to improving cash flow, reducing bad debt, and maintaining strong relationships with clients across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B collections environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Excellent problem solving skill.
• Strong attention to detail, goal oriented.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce or HighRadius in AR environment is a great add-on.
• Working Hours: 3pm-12mn (Manila Time).
• Hybrid Working Setup: 2x Office, 3x WFH.
• Amenable to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City and Noida, India.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up with clients over calls and emails for overdue invoices.
• Enforce policies related to payment, cancellation, and service suspension.
• Own customer disputes through to resolution.
• Ensure activities comply with internal controls and processes.
• Perform Sales Ledger reconciliations as required.
• Respond promptly to customer and internal inquiries.
• Escalate debt issues to account manager and line manager.
• Collaborate with order management, customer service, cash applications and sales teams to resolve queries.
