Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a Specialist, Collection (EMEA) to join the Credit and Collections team. The role focuses on following up with clients for overdue payments, enforcing payment policies, and resolving disputes while maintaining strong customer service and compliance with internal controls.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in B2B collections, excellent English communication, and solid problem-solving skills. The role offers hybrid work with office and WFH days in Manila time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B collections environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Excellent problem solving skill.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up with clients via calls and emails for overdue payments.
• Enforce policies related to payment, cancellation, and suspension of services.
• Own and resolve customer disputes through to closure with internal teams.
• Ensure activities comply with internal controls and published processes.
• Perform account reconciliations on the sales ledger as required.
• Respond promptly to customer and internal inquiries.
