Job summary

Jardine Schindler Group (JSG) invites a seasoned sales professional to drive growth in the elevator and escalator sector. You will generate leads, present proposals, conduct site inspections, and manage tenders across Visayas and Mindanao.

You will coordinate with fulfilment teams and support marketing initiatives. Key requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or marketing and at least 5 years in sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the elevator industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to conduct site visits across Visayas and Mindanao territory as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads, identify potential projects, and manage customer inquiries.
• Conduct product presentations and lead meetings for proposals, bids, and negotiations.
• Perform site inspections to gather technical and commercial information for tendering.
• Prepare and manage tender submissions with plans, specs, and compliance checks.
• Develop and present technical and commercial offers in line with policies.
• Lead negotiations with customers and support sales closing activities.
• Ensure timely collection of down payment and assist in remaining contract value collection.
• Prepare complete documentation and handover from Sales to Fulfilment teams.
• Drive coordination and aftersales meetings with customers and project teams at jobsites.
• Maintain customer database and sales pipeline; prepare market reports.
• Conduct market studies and competitive analysis for strategy.
• Assist Head of Volume Sales in marketing initiatives and promotions.
