Qualifications

• Experience in elevator/escalator or related construction/engineering sales
• Knowledge of elevator/escalator systems and codes
• Strong client relationship skills
• Willingness to travel within Metro Manila and surrounding provinces

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in elevator/escalator industry
• Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Present products and tailor proposals to client needs
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and specifications
• Collaborate with engineering and operations for project delivery
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Develop targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
• Maintain CRM records of sales activities and pipeline
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients
• Attend industry events to generate leads
• Contribute to marketing materials and digital content
