VTSA International Inc. in Pasig City is seeking a Sales and Marketing Officer specializing in elevator and escalator systems to drive sales growth and build strong client relationships across the Philippine market.

This on-site, full-time role requires 1-3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree. Based in Pasig, you will promote our elevator and escalator solutions, manage key accounts, collaborate with engineering and operations teams, and help achieve ambitious sales targets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and account management in elevator/escalator or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of elevator/escalator systems, safety standards and installation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities in the elevator/escalator industry.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and developers.
• Present and demonstrate products, tailoring proposals to client requirements.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations and technical specs.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams for project delivery.
