Job summary

VTSA International Inc., the exclusive distributor of Schneider lifts and components in the Philippines, is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our growing nationwide team. You will support customers from inquiry to project delivery, translating technical needs into practical solutions.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related field and 1–3 years in engineering sales, with strong communication and presentation skills. Willingness to visit sites and read drawings is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in engineering sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in elevator/technical industry.
• Strong understanding of elevator and escalator systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand project requirements is an advantage.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of fieldwork.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and industry stakeholders.
• Willing to conduct onsite visits and site inspections.
