Job summary

VTSA International Inc., the exclusive distributor of Schneider lifts and components in the Philippines, is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our growing nationwide team. You will support customers from inquiry to project delivery, translating technical needs into practical solutions.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related field and 1–3 years in engineering sales, with strong communication and presentation skills. Willingness to visit sites and read drawings is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in engineering sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in elevator/technical industry.
Strong understanding of elevator and escalator systems is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to read technical drawings and understand project requirements is an advantage.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of fieldwork.
Strong relationship-building skills with clients and industry stakeholders.
Willing to conduct onsite visits and site inspections.
