Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to design and deliver T&D electrical systems for diverse projects. You will define technical parameters from customer specs, coordinate with clients and design teams, and prepare comprehensive design packages including SLDs and BOMs.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience with transformers and switchgears, fluency in Chinese for China factory liaison, and readiness to travel overseas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience designing Power and Distribution Transformers, MV/LV Switchgears and Prefabricated Substation.
• Proficient in Chinese to liaise with China Factory and stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving and coordination skills; professional communication.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of Eplan/Etap advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Propose Transmission & Distribution (T&D) solutions to meet customer requirements while ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Evaluate customer specs and bid docs to define technical parameters for electrical design.
• Provide value engineering to improve solution value proposition.
• Lead engineer coordinating with clients and design teams for bidding and execution.
• Prepare and review detailed electrical design packages (SLD, BOM, GA, specs, system studies, schematics, interface engineering, design calculations).
• Support FAT, SAT, T&C to ensure successful delivery and energization of electrical systems.
• Assist in standardization and continuous improvement of T&D solutions and deliverables.
