Job summary

forestown in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to lead electrical primary/secondary tasks for EPC bidding and project execution. You will analyze tender documents, conduct site surveys, select equipment, calculate quantities and support bid presentations with local suppliers.

The role also involves developing design schemes, submitting drawings for approval, collecting site data, handing over to construction, and providing ongoing technical support.

Qualifications

• Full-time bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering or related fields.
• At least 8 years of experience in electrical design/consulting or on-site technical guidance for high-voltage substations, energy storage, or microgrid projects.
• Proficient in IEC and IEEE standards for the electricity industry.
• Familiar with equipment and materials related to substations or energy storage or microgrid systems, with a basic understanding of cost structure.

Responsibilities

1. 2. Manage electrical primary/secondary tasks during EPC project execution, including preliminary design schemes, detailed design, drawing submission and drawing approval communication, coordination with local suppliers, equipment and material drawing approval, site data collection, construction handover and site technical support.

3. Contribute to design workflow and standardization development, as well as mentoring and guiding new team members.
