Job summary

Living in a Bubble is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to run email marketing, keep our Shopify store current, and ensure timely product launches and promotions. The role is remote, full-time contractor, with 40 hours per week and reports to the Marketing Manager.

You will own execution, work with content producers, and coordinate launches. Strong English, organization, and experience with Klaviyo and Shopify are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing coordination, digital marketing or e-commerce execution.
• Direct-to-consumer e-commerce experience with physical products.
• Hands-on with email platforms (Klaviyo preferred) and Shopify admin.
• Experience coordinating product launches or campaigns to fixed dates.

Responsibilities

• Build, schedule and send email campaigns per the marketing calendar.
• Maintain and improve automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase) and sign-up forms.
• Update banners, product pages and collections inside Shopify templates and keep pricing accurate.
• Create and maintain listing copy and images for sales channels; ensure on-brand consistency.
• Own launch checklists, coordinate assets, and schedule email sequences for promotions.
• Coordinate with paid collaborators, briefs, assets, and deadlines; track deliverables.
• Report on email and store performance on a regular schedule; keep assets organized.
