Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to drive requirements gathering, document functional specifications, and translate business needs into scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions in a dynamic project setting.

You will collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers, conduct SIT/UAT, support integrations, and help deliver robust CRM enhancements in an Agile/hybrid environment across business units in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering sessions and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders.
Analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and system requirements.
Translate business needs into scalable functional solution designs within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
Provide functional expertise and recommend best practices for Dynamics 365 CE implementations and enhancements.
Work closely with developers, Solution Architects, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform business process analysis, gap analysis, and solution impact assessments.
Review functional specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives and technical architecture.
Support system integration initiatives involving Dynamics 365 CE and other enterprise platforms.
Lead and support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment activities.
Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend long‑term solutions.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous process improvements and delivery standards.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project and system documentation.
