Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an Application Developer to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that streamline business processes and enhance customer relationships.

You will develop CRM configurations, integrate with other systems, and stay current with the latest CRM technologies while collaborating with stakeholders across business units, delivering SME-level contributions and scalable CRM solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Experience in CRM modules such as Customer Service, Sales, Field Service or Customer Insight Journey.
Strong understanding of CRM development, customization and integration.
Hands-on with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Experience with .NET development and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

Design, build and configure applications using Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business needs.
Develop and customize CRM applications and integrate with other systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope.
