Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to guide a team of software developers in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. You will mentor engineers, shape architecture, and ensure high-quality deliverables across the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with BAs, architects, QA and PMs, define standards, design scalable integrations with APIs and Azure, and drive agile delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in software development, CRM development, or enterprise application development.
• At least 4 years hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE / Dynamics CRM).
• Proven experience leading or mentoring an IT Development team in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or similar leadership role.
• Strong experience customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Services, or middleware technologies.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, security, and application lifecycle management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a software development team.
• Drive design, architecture, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, and project managers to deliver business requirements.
• Define technical standards, development best practices, and coding guidelines.
• Design scalable integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other apps using APIs and Azure.
• Oversee solution development, deployment, release planning, and production support.
• Review designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and lead root cause analysis.
• Ensure high code quality via reviews, testing, and CI/CD.
• Support Agile delivery through sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Drive innovation by evaluating Microsoft technologies and best practices.
