Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Application Developer to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that meet business requirements. The role involves developing and implementing CRM solutions, integrating with other systems, and providing technical support while staying current with CRM technologies and best practices.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in IT/CS and 3+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM experience; reporting onsite at Manila offices

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Experience in CRM modules such as Customer Service, Sales, Field Service or Customer Insight Journey.
Strong understanding of CRM development principles and best practices.
Experience in customizing and configuring CRM solutions.
Knowledge of CRM integration with other systems and applications.
Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc).
Experience with .Net Development and familiarity with SQL Server.
Flexible to report onsite at Manila office locations: Alabang, BGC, Cubao and Mandaluyong City.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing configuration and customization using Dynamics 365 CRM to meet process requirements.
Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
Integrate CRM with other systems and platforms.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Stay updated on the latest CRM technologies and best practices.
