Job summary

Gratitude Jobs Ahead HR Inc. in Quezon City seeks an experienced CRM Lead to design, develop, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. You will lead a development team, translate business requirements into technical designs, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements, integrations, and defect fixes.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Dynamics CRM 365 experience, strong OO programming, and deep Power Platform knowledge. Hybrid onsite work with 3–4 days on site in Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and its ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented programming principles.
• Proficiency in C#, HTML, jQuery, JSON, JavaScript, and asynchronous programming.
• Knowledge of SOA architecture, REST and SOAP.
• Experience with SSRS and CRM Reports.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM integrations.
• Hands-on Azure tools and technologies experience.
• Strong Power Platform experience: Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Stable work history; avoid frequent short-term employment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop CRM solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to analyze requirements and define functional specs.
• Own and deliver software enhancements, minor projects, and integrations.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, including offshore teams.
• Work within an Agile framework and contribute to sprint planning.
• Liaise with client stakeholders across technical and business functions.
