Job summary

EY GLOBAL DELIVERY SERVICES (GDS) PHILIPPINES is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for global clients. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

You will mentor junior developers, contribute to architecture decisions, and help optimize performance while embracing Agile practices in a client-facing consulting environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Experience in CRM configuration and customization.
• Hands-on experience developing Plugins, JavaScript, C#, and .NET solutions.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM integrations and data migration activities.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
• Experience working on large-scale CRM implementations or transformation projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD processes, and modern development practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
• Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in solution design workshops and provide recommendations based on industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain CRM components using C#, .NET, Plugins, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Support integration and data migration activities between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, testers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review technical designs and ensure solutions align with business requirements and architecture standards.
• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
• Contribute to system enhancements, performance optimization, and continuous improvement efforts.
