Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience in CRM modules such as Customer Service, Sales, Field Service or Customer Insight Journey.
• Strong understanding of CRM development and best practices.
• Experience in customizing and configuring CRM solutions.
• Knowledge of CRM integration with other systems.
• Troubleshooting CRM applications.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc).
• Experience with .NET Development and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of software configuration and customization using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business process design and application requirements.
• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Participate in team discussions.
• Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.
