Job summary

Directio is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer for a remote role based in the Philippines. You will develop, customize and extend Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions, with a focus on Sales, Customer Service and Field Service modules.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure robust technical delivery, while overlapping Polish business hours (approximately 15:00–23:00 Manila time during Polish summer).

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development.
• Experience with Sales, Customer Service or Field Service modules.
• Technical Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development profile, not a functional consultant profile.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
• Work with Sales, Customer Service and Field Service modules.
• Support technical work around Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to clarify requirements and support implementation decisions.
