Job summary

North Star Brands is seeking a full-time Direct Response Video Editor to scale our health & wellness brand with DR-first editing for long-form VSLs and AI-driven ads. You will edit direct-response videos, build motion graphics, and leverage AI tools to accelerate production while preserving quality.

This is a fully remote, high-volume role with strong growth potential. You will collaborate directly with the founder; there are no multi-layer approvals.

Qualifications

• Experience editing direct-response ads for DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Health, wellness or supplement space is a plus, not required.
• Ability to produce AI-generated video that sells and remains consistent.

Responsibilities

• Edit direct-response video across two priority formats: VSLs and AI-generated ads.
• Cut UGC, testimonials, and product-focused ads; turn scripts into finished ads.
• Create motion graphics: overlays, callouts, and explainers to convey claims clearly.
• Work with AI tools across the workflow to speed up production while maintaining quality.
• Iterate based on performance data and feedback; own end-to-end editing process.
