Job summary

Digital Ride is seeking a direct response video editor to craft high-performing ads for top ecommerce brands. You will edit UGC and performance creatives for Meta, TikTok and YouTube, using AI tools and an in-house workflow.

You’ll work in a brand POD with strategists and media buyers, translating data into faster, scalable edits and new formats. This fully remote role rewards speed and results.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of direct response or ecommerce ads with measurable results.
• 2+ years with Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects or similar.
• 1+ year making ecommerce ads.
• Hands-on experience with AI generation tools for video, avatars, voice or music.
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Reels; you live on them.
• Speed; able to turn around high volume without quality drop.
• Able to take feedback and apply it the same day.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Bonus: motion graphics or graphic design

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct response video ads weekly across several brands.
• Turn briefs and raw UGC into scroll-stopping ads: hooks, pacing, captions, b‑roll, proof and offer.
• Build hook and format variations of winning ads to scale quickly.
• Create AI-generated assets when needed, including animations, avatars and songs.
• Read ad metrics (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA) and iterate accordingly.
• Contribute ideas to creative brainstorms on new formats and angles.
• Organize and manage inbound content from creators.
