KittySpout seeks a Direct Response Video Editor to work remotely, editing and producing paid ad creatives for Meta platforms. You will transform raw UGC into high-converting DR ads across VSLs and short/long formats, delivering 8 briefs weekly while maintaining quality.

With 3+ years in DTC, you will leverage an AI stack in production, shape hooks and CTAs, and collaborate with founders and strategy teams to drive scale and performance. A generous bonus structure accompanies this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating short-form direct-response videos for DTC brands.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in professional video editing software (prefer Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Experience editing Meta/Facebook paid ads that convert.
• Ability to deliver 8 ad briefs per week.
• Deep DTC experience with brands and spend levels.
